{"id":947,"date":"2026-02-19T19:02:38","date_gmt":"2026-02-19T18:02:38","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ecoenergyh2.pl\/?p=947"},"modified":"2026-02-23T19:22:22","modified_gmt":"2026-02-23T18:22:22","slug":"podpisanie-listu-intencyjnego-podjecia-wspolpracy-ze-spolka-chemkop-z-krakowa","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ecoenergyh2.pl\/en\/aktualnosci\/podpisanie-listu-intencyjnego-podjecia-wspolpracy-ze-spolka-chemkop-z-krakowa\/","title":{"rendered":"Signing of a letter of intent to start cooperation with the CHEMKOP company from Krakow"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>On February 18, 2026, the companies EcoEnergyH2 Sp. z o. o. with its registered office in \u015awinouj\u015bcie and O\u015aRODEK BADAWCZO-ROZWOJOWY G\u00d3RNICTWA SUROWC\u00d3W CHEMICZNYCH &quot;CHEMKOP&quot; Sp. z o. o. with its registered office in Krak\u00f3w (<a href=\"http:\/\/www.chemkop.pl\">www.chemkop.pl<\/a>). signed a LETTER OF INTENT TO COOPERATE, expressing the readiness of the Parties to cooperate in order to take joint actions aimed at utilizing the synergies of the Parties in the implementation of the project carried out by EcoEnergyH2 in the West Pomeranian Voivodeship, especially in the technological area of underground tankless storage of substances (e.g. hydrogen, natural gas, crude oil) located in rock salt deposits, i.e. in the exploration of salt deposits and carrying out the leaching process of salt caverns.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>CHEMPOP is, among others: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>leading Polish designer of underground cavern storage facilities and borehole salt mines; <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>provides innovative solutions in the area of underground storage in salt caverns and borehole exploitation of salt deposits;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>participates in the development of new technologies in the field of low-emission and zero-emission energy, in particular in the field of hydrogen storage in salt caverns;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>provides services in the areas of: \n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>underground storage of natural gas and other gases and liquid hydrocarbons in salt caverns, <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>mining and salt leaching; drilling, <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>specialized computer software used in geology, hydrogeology, geomechanics; <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>physicochemical studies of chemical rocks. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>CHEMKOP also conducts research and development work related to underground hydrogen storage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1280\" height=\"1920\" src=\"https:\/\/ecoenergyh2.pl\/wp-content\/uploads\/Podziemna-kawerna-gazowa-w-soli-1.webp\" alt=\"Podziemna kawerna gazowa w soli\" class=\"wp-image-954\" srcset=\"https:\/\/ecoenergyh2.pl\/wp-content\/uploads\/Podziemna-kawerna-gazowa-w-soli-1.webp 1280w, https:\/\/ecoenergyh2.pl\/wp-content\/uploads\/Podziemna-kawerna-gazowa-w-soli-1-8x12.webp 8w, https:\/\/ecoenergyh2.pl\/wp-content\/uploads\/Podziemna-kawerna-gazowa-w-soli-1-480x720.webp 480w, https:\/\/ecoenergyh2.pl\/wp-content\/uploads\/Podziemna-kawerna-gazowa-w-soli-1-640x960.webp 640w, https:\/\/ecoenergyh2.pl\/wp-content\/uploads\/Podziemna-kawerna-gazowa-w-soli-1-720x1080.webp 720w, https:\/\/ecoenergyh2.pl\/wp-content\/uploads\/Podziemna-kawerna-gazowa-w-soli-1-960x1440.webp 960w, https:\/\/ecoenergyh2.pl\/wp-content\/uploads\/Podziemna-kawerna-gazowa-w-soli-1-1168x1752.webp 1168w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1280px) 100vw, 1280px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>In connection with the publication of February 18, 2026 entitled: <em><a href=\"https:\/\/energia.rp.pl\/gaz\/art43829141-polsce-moze-zabraknac-miejsca-na-gaz-zapotrzebowanie-rosnie-bardzo-szybko\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\" title=\"\">Poland may run out of gas storage space. Demand is growing rapidly.<\/a><\/em>, referring to the strategy published by Gas Storage Poland, a company belonging to the Gaz-System operator, for 2026-2030 with an outlook to 2035, which indicates that by 2030 there may be a deficit in gas storage capacity compared to market expectations and needs, and the reported demand for storage capacity from 2030 exceeds available capacities, as well as that the deficit will further increase due to the increase in the volume of mandatory reserves \u2013 from 1.3 billion m\u00b3 currently to 1.8-2.0 billion m\u00b3 after 2030.
