DEFINITIONS
For the purposes of this privacy policy, the following terms have the following meanings:

PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION PRINCIPLES
- The administrator of your personal data is EcoEnergyH2 Sp. z o. o.
- We collect and process your personal data in accordance with the principles set out in the GDPR, i.e. in accordance with the law, fairly and transparently. We process data to a minimum extent, for specific, explicit and legally justified purposes. We strive to ensure that your data is always correct and up-to-date and processed only for such a period as is necessary to achieve a given purpose.
- We ensure the security of personal data, including protection against unauthorised or unlawful processing and accidental loss, destruction or damage, using appropriate technical and organisational measures.
- Only authorised persons have direct access to personal data processed by us, to the extent necessary to perform the tasks assigned to them.
- We also require our subcontractors and contractors who process personal data on our behalf to process it in accordance with the above principles and the provisions of the GDPR. External entities have access to personal data only and exclusively on the basis of personal data processing agreements or other regulations enabling the transfer of personal data (e.g. if they are also the administrator of your personal data under the law).
WHEN PERSONAL DATA IS PROCESSED
- When you use our Site, we process your personal data, among others, in the following situations and for the following purposes:
- when you enter our Website – in order to improve the comfort of using the Website (Article 6, Section 1, a) of the GDPR – your consent expressed through cookie settings, as described in detail below),
- when you access our Website – for statistical and analytical purposes (Article 6, Section 1, point f) of the GDPR – our legitimate interest),
- in order to determine and pursue claims or defend against them – the legal basis for processing is the legitimate interest of the Administrator (Article 6 paragraph 1 letter f of the GDPR) consisting in the protection of its rights.
Providing your personal data is voluntary, but necessary to complete the order.
DATA RECIPIENTS
- We may transfer your personal data to other entities, such as postal operators, couriers, internet operators providing shipping services, entities providing auditing, accounting, hosting and IT services to us, as well as marketing agencies.
- We may also transfer your personal data to public authorities and entities performing public tasks or acting on behalf of public authorities, to the extent and for the purposes resulting from the provisions of generally applicable law.
- Customers' personal data are stored exclusively within the European Economic Area (EEA).
TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA TO COUNTRIES OUTSIDE THE EUROPEAN UNION
Your personal data may also be processed by entities outside the European Union. The appropriate level of protection of your data, including through the use of appropriate safeguards, is ensured by the participation of these entities in the EU-US Privacy Shield, established by the implementing decision of the European Commission as a set of principles guaranteeing adequate protection of your privacy.
DATA STORAGE PERIOD
- The period of data processing by the Administrator depends on the type of service provided and the purpose of processing. As a rule, data is processed for the duration of the service or order, until the consent is withdrawn or an effective objection is raised to data processing in cases where the legal basis for data processing is the legitimate interest of the Administrator.
- The data processing period may be extended if processing is necessary to establish and pursue potential claims or defend against them, and after that time only if and to the extent required by law. After the processing period, the data is irreversibly deleted or anonymized.
YOUR RIGHTS IN CONNECTION WITH DATA PROCESSING
You have the following rights:
- the right to access your data, i.e. the right to obtain information from us as to whether and what your data is being processed, as well as the right to obtain a copy of this data,
- the right to rectification and the right to erasure, i.e. the right to correct incorrect and/or incomplete data, as well as to erase it – we will not be able to erase data only if legal regulations oblige us to further process it,
- the right to restrict processing, i.e. the right to submit a request to suspend processing,
- the right to data portability, i.e. the right to obtain data in a structured, commonly used format that allows reading or the right to request the transfer of your data directly to other administrators,
- the right to object to data processing based on legitimate interest (mainly applies to data processing for marketing purposes),
- the right to withdraw consent to data processing – e.g. by changing browser settings regarding cookies, withdrawing consent to sending information about events and the newsletter to an e-mail address, which does not affect the lawfulness of processing before the withdrawal of consent,
- the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office if you believe that your data is being processed unlawfully.

- The website does not automatically collect any information, except information contained in cookies.
- Cookies are computer data, in particular text files, which are stored on the end device (computer, tablet or smartphone) of persons visiting the Website and are intended for using the Website, if the Internet browser allows it.
