On 19/01/2023, 7 months after signing the Letter of Intent related to the creation of the Uznam-Wolin Hydrogen Valley, the District Court in Szczecin entered the Association under the name of the Uznam-Wolin Hydrogen Valley with its registered office in Świnoujście into the National Court Register under the KRS number: 0001014491.
The aspiration of the signatories of the Letter of Intent of June 2022 Janusz Żmurkiewicz The Mayor of the City of Świnoujście and Piotr Kosowicz – President of the Management Board of EcoEnergyH2 Sp. z o. o. has been achieved. The platform for regional development of hydrogen technologies has become a reality.
This was possible thanks to the adoption by eleven founding members on November 19, 2022 of the Resolution on the establishment of the association and the adoption of the Association's Statute. Uznam-Wolin Hydrogen Valley.
